Program rules
Minimum purchase
$2,000 or more in a single in-store transaction at MacroBaby Orlando, calculated before sales tax. Gift cards, services and delivery fees do not count toward the minimum.
Reimbursement amount
We reimburse your actual travel cost, up to $200 total per qualifying purchase.
Eligible travel
Round-trip travel between Miami and Orlando by plane, Brightline train, rental car or your own car. Gas for the trip is included. Tolls, parking, rideshare and hotels are not included.
Proof of travel
Receipts must be in the customer's name, printed, and shown at checkout. Digital receipts on a phone are not accepted, and receipts cannot be submitted after the purchase.
Credit at checkout, not cash
The reimbursement is applied only as a credit deducted from your purchase total at checkout. It has no cash value and cannot be paid out in cash, refunded to a card, or used on a future purchase. It cannot be issued after the purchase is completed.
Passenger limit
Up to 2 passengers. The $200 maximum is combined for both passengers, not $200 per person.

This reimbursement cannot be combined with other MacroBaby discounts, coupons or promotions.
Returns
If a return brings your purchase below $2,000, the reimbursement amount is deducted from your refund.

The customer pays for travel first. Printed receipts in the customer's name must be shown at checkout, and the reimbursement is applied as a credit deducted from the purchase total at that time. The reimbursement has no cash value and is not paid out in cash, refunded to a card, or applied to future purchases. Reimbursements are not issued after the purchase. Not valid on online orders.
